With over 30 years combined experience as a church musician, singer and worship leader, Ray has much to add to the development of worship in the local church. Beyond the technical "how tos" of worship leading, his passion for intimate worship ensures that the issues of the heart and the principles of true Biblical worship are foremost considerations in the training and equipping of a worship team.
