What & Why?

Christian artists from around the world are intent on singing God's praises, carrying His message and speaking His truth everywhere from their neighbourhoods to national stages. God is doing something amazing in the hearts of this creative generation, intent of passionately declaring the glory of God in every nation and tounge.

Called2Music is a response to this move of God. As He raises up artists, those artists are seeking understanding and wisdom as they venture out to fulfil their calling. Providing content that educates, encourages, inspires and challenges the nation's artists.

Called2Music provides a platform for industry experts, experienced artists, concerned pastors and church leaders to share insights, experiences and accumulated wisdom with the nation's music community.

This web site is meant to be a 'refrigerator of insights into the Global Christian music community' where anyone can have free access to the collective experience and wisdom gathered in the content. We also strive to leverage our resources and platform to provide opportunities and open doors for artists as the Lord leads and provides.

We hope and pray for great revival in the nation, and we believe the artists must be prepared, equipped to participate in this harvest.

Called?
We believe that music ministry is first & foremost a spiritual endeavour whose success is dependent on the work of the Holy Spirit. Talent is a great thing to have, yet also primarily a gift. The only thing a Christian artist can do to help their career is to educate themselves & act on that knowledge. The rest is up to the One who called you.

If He did, the best thing you can do is develop that calling, if music is simply a self-serving means of achieving notoriety (and who would admit to that) or an honest enjoyable hobby, then we hope you continue to enjoy making music while you seek the Lord's plan for your life.

The time is right.
The time is right for the artist/group who wants to influence & interact their world, impact their local communities, ignite society and see the name of Jesus glorified above all. In this age of interactivity & digital content, it is now quite possible for the independent artist to have a wider reach than ever before; Called2Music exists to help artists build their careers & ministries in this light.

All things are possible to them that believe, and are crazy enough to step out of the boat.
